Warranty Information
Our return policy: While we can't imagine that you'd change your mind about our cool stuff, you can return new, unopened items within 90 days for your choice of your full purchase price back as store credit or a refund minus a 5% restocking fee (not including shipping charges). If the return is a result of OUR error (you received an incorrect item, etc.), we'll also pay the return shipping costs!
If you've opened the item, used it a few times, and just weren't satisfied with it (again, for reasons that we just can't comprehend), you can return it within 45 days of delivery for half store credit, provided it is in good condition (at our discretion).
If the item is defective, please check with the original manufacturer for warranty service. Let us know how they treat you, so that we can make sure to only stock products from companies with good customer support.
